Surrey Place now has an Adult Resource Clinic for caregivers of adults with a developmental disability and/or autism.
The clinic provides an opportunity to meet with a service coordinator in adult services one-to-one. Participants can receive advice about community resources (respite programs, Passport, recreational programs, other sector supports, etc.) and applying for financial supports (government and charitable funding supports). Parents will learn how to navigate services and complete application forms.
Eligibility Criteria to attend: Must be registered with the DSO and 18+ years old.
